Product Overview

The M25 Charging Pile Board-End Waterproof Plug is a circular, mid-large power interface engineered specifically for board-side termination inside AC/DC charging piles, charging cabinets, and battery swap stations. Built on the M25×1.5 coupling body, it carries the main DC charge bus or AC auxiliary feed from the pile enclosure wall directly onto the control board or power module, while maintaining IP67 sealed protection against rain spray, condensation, and washdown.

Unlike generic M25 cable joiners, this board-end version is supplied as a panel-mount receptacle with pin-header/solder-tab/screw-terminal tail that bolts to the charging pile sheet-metal or DIN bracket, plus a matching field-wireable or molded male plug for cable-side connection. Common pin configurations include 2-pin (DC+/-), 2+3, 2+5, and 2+1+5 for e-bike, scooter, and L2 charger applications.
