The M12 Panel Flange Connector serves as the enclosure-faceplate interface of the industrial M12 system. It features an M12×1.0 threaded coupling face on the outside of control cabinets, sensor boxes, IO modules, or edge gateways, while the rear tail terminates as PCB DIP pins (180°/90°), solder cups, Faston tabs, or pre-wired fly leads that connect directly to internal boards or terminal strips.
When mated with a standard M12 cordset, the panel penetration maintains IP67 sealing (with optional IP68/IP69K) against dust, rain, oil mist, and hose-down conditions. Compliant with IEC 61076-2-101/2-104 standards, it interoperates with all major brand M12 plugs including Phoenix, Turck, TE, Molex, and Balluff.
