Product Overview

The M16 Board-End Connector (also called M16 panel-mount receptacle / M16 flange socket / M16 PCB-mount circular connector) is a 16 mm-class threaded circular interface that brings field-side power and signal through the enclosure wall directly onto the control board. It uses an M16×1.0 or M18×0.75 panel thread, an O-ring face seal, and a rear tail terminated as 180°/90° PCB DIP pins, solder cups, or flying leads.

This solution provides one coded, IP67/IP68-sealed landing point instead of loose wires through a PG gland plus an internal terminal block. It follows IEC 61076-2-106 / IEC 60130-9 standards, intermates with standard M16 field plugs (A/B coded), and sits between M12 (sensor-grade, ≤4 A) and M20 (≥20 A) in current capability—up to 10 A per contact at 300 V on 2-3 pin power builds.
